Our story
A place for growth, resilience, and connection
The School for Transition originated from a dream of Jakob van Wielink and was founded together with Marnix Reijmerink. Together they envisioned a place where people could deepen their leadership, awareness, resilience, and connection, with themselves, their teams, and the world around them.
With the arrival of Klaartje van Gasteren, The School for Transition found its unique form and direction. Together with a dedicated team, we are creating a place where people learn to lead real change, grounded in growth, trust, and meaning.
Calling
Calling is knowing who you are, what you
stand for, and what you are called to do
Leaders who live and work from their calling bring confidence and meaning to their environment. Organizations that give space to calling build a culture of connection, safety, and growth.
This will create the groundwork in which learning, development, and performance come together.
Transition Based Leadership
Our approach, Transition Based Leadership, connects the head, heart, and hands. We help leaders, teams, and professionals develop into a secure base. A source that makes us feel welcome (caring) and inspires and encourages us to face the challenges that life throws at us together (daring)
Everyone leads something or someone: a team, an organization, or their own life. Leadership is about taking responsibility: knowing who you are, what you stand for, and what you need to do.
